@sean-finter | Sean Finter felt at home when he started washing dishes in a truck stop in a small Canadian when he was 12 years old. He eagerly worked his way up to bartending in Toronto and then to multi-site management in London, England before landing Australia. This is where he built his own small empire of eight bars & restaurants in Sydney. With each stop, he not only beat the odds but he outperformed the market by multiples. When he sold his bar group at the age of 33, he started Barmetrix to teach other operators the systems and techniques that made him successful. Since 1999, the Barmetrix team has served over 7,000 operation teams around the world.
